The Quantum Balkan Initiative was established to encourage collaboration across the Balkan region in areas related to quantum science, emerging technologies, and advanced digital infrastructures.

Operating under the umbrella of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC), the Initiative serves as a regional platform connecting academic institutions, governments, and technological innovators.
